Delete your account

You can delete your Cofounnder account and associated personal data at any time — right here on the web, or from inside the app. This page explains both, and exactly what gets removed.

Sign in with your Cofounnder account below and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and data immediately — no email or waiting required.

For your security, confirm it’s really you. We’ll only use this sign-in to delete your account — the session isn’t saved.

Prefer to delete in the app?

You can also do it directly in the Cofounnder app:

  1. 1Open the Cofounnder app and sign in to your account.
  2. 2Go to Settings (tap your profile, then the settings icon).
  3. 3Select “Delete account.”
  4. 4Confirm when prompted. Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted.

Can’t sign in?

If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot password?” option on the app’s sign-in screen to reset it, then come back and delete your account. If you’re still stuck, email support@cofounnder.com from the address on your account and we’ll help — we may ask you to verify your identity first.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data, including:

  • Your account and profile information
  • Your evaluation content and Partnership Reports
  • Photos, documents, and messages you’ve added
  • Your push notification token and preferences

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We may retain a limited amount of information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements, as described in our Privacy Policy. Any remaining data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
